What is the cancellation policy?

Check-In / Check-Out
What are arrival and departure times?
- Check-in begins after 4:00 PM.
- Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
- Early arrival or late departure may be available with approval.
- Up to one hour is complimentary, then $20 plus $5 for each additional hour.
How do I enter the suite?
- Entry is keyless.
- Your code will be sent before arrival.
- All guest names must be submitted to building security at least 48 hours before check-in.
- The building is a gated resort with 24/7 security checkpoint verification, so advance registration helps ensure seamless entry.
What should I do before checkout?
For both suites:
- Take trash to the trash room by the cargo elevator area on each floor.
- Turn off appliances and AC units, and log out of any TV accounts.
- Lock all windows, the entrance door, and sliding doors.
- Place used dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle.
- Remove all food from the refrigerator and apartment.
Key return: Return keys to the designated location.

What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please be respectful of our residential neighbors during these hours.
Can we have visitors during our stay?
Daytime visitors are welcome but must be approved in advance and registered with us before arrival, per building security requirements.

- Pets are not allowed in any Coastelle apartment.
- Service animals are accommodated as required by applicable law.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking and vaping are prohibited, with a $350 fee for violations.
How many guests can stay?
- Maréa: Up to four guests
- Terra Noir: Up to four guests
- Coastelle Suites (Maréa + Terra Noir): Up to eight guests
What are the main house rules?
- No parties, events, or excessive noise.
- No smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, or illegal activity.
- Pets are not allowed.
- All guests must register with building security.

- A starter pack of local Puerto Rican coffee, teas, and sweetener is provided.
- Kitchens are fully equipped with appliances, cookware, glassware, and dinnerware.
What building amenities are available?
A FOB key is required for the security gates.
- Pools: 6:00 AM–9:00 PM
- Basketball court: 6:00 AM–9:00 PM
- Kids’ play area & cabanas: 6:00 AM–9:00 PM
- Beach access: The security beach gate is open 6:00 AM–7:00 PM. After 7:00 PM, use the main entrance on Tartak Street.
- On-site gym: Available for an additional fee paid directly to building administration. The gym is not affiliated with Coastelle Suites.

How far are you from the airport?
We’re just 5–10 minutes from San Juan’s Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU). The easiest options are Uber or a rental car.

House Rules
These rules apply to every Coastelle Suites apartment and help keep each stay safe, comfortable, and respectful for guests and neighbors.

By booking, guests agree to follow these rules so everyone can enjoy a safe and pleasant stay.
Arrival
Visitors & wristbands
Daytime visitors must be approved in advance and registered with us before arrival. Visitor wristbands must be worn in all common areas.
Safety & Respect
Smoking, drugs & gatherings
Smoking, vaping, and illegal drugs are prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not allowed.
A smoking violation carries a $350 fine. Any illegal activity, including prostitution, is strictly prohibited.
Utilities & Connectivity
Energy & backup battery
Power outages can occur occasionally in Puerto Rico and are beyond our control. Our properties have backup battery systems for temporary comfort and safety during an outage.
No refunds are issued if the backup battery runs out during a stay.
Internet service
High-speed Wi‑Fi is provided. As is common on the island, service may occasionally be intermittent or slower than usual. We cannot provide technical support or issue refunds for connectivity interruptions.
Building Care
Elevators
Use the cargo elevators when wearing swimwear or carrying luggage, coolers, or beach items.
Trash & waste
Deposit trash in the trash room by the cargo elevator area on each floor. Leaving trash in hallways or common areas may result in a $100 fine.
Balcony railings
Do not hang towels, swimsuits, or clothing on balcony railings. Use the dryer or drying rack inside the apartment. Violations may result in a $100 fine.
Facilities & Amenities
Condo amenities
This is a residential building. Please behave respectfully in all common areas and use the designated trash bins.
Pool · 6:00 AM–9:00 PM
No food or drinks are allowed in the pool area; use the patio or mezzanine for meals and beverages. Children must be supervised at all times, and swim diapers are required for little ones.
Beach access
The security beach gate is open 6:00 AM–7:00 PM. After 7:00 PM, use the main entrance on Tartak Street. A FOB key is required for the security gates.
Tennis & basketball courts · 6:00 AM–9:00 PM
The courts are available during the posted hours. The tennis courts are currently under repair.
Arrival & departure
- Check-in is after 4:00 PM; check-out is before 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out requires approval. Up to one hour is complimentary; after that, the fee is $20 plus $5 for each additional hour.
- All guests must be registered with building security at least 48 hours before arrival.
Safety
- Pets are not allowed in any Coastelle apartment. Service animals are accommodated as required by applicable law.
- An exterior Ring doorbell monitors the entrance area; it may record motion, video, sound, and night vision but does not view interior spaces. It can be turned off on request.

Meet Your Hosts
We're Mike and Neri: the team behind Coastelle Suites in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico. We're both Boeing veterans: Mike in operations management, regulatory, compliance, and ethics, and Neri as an engineer: and Neri is a proud Puerto Rican, born and raised in Aibonito. We apply everything we learned in our aerospace careers to take the Airbnb experience to the next level, because our goal is simple: we want you to fall in love with the island the way we did.
That means holding ourselves to a standard in everything we do: spotless spaces, thought-of-everything touches, responsive communication, and suites stocked with everything you need.
